The name Mina refers to the Italian powerhouse singer, Mina Mazzini, whose voice has distinctive timbre and power. Taking inspiration from her anguished love stories the food will be rich in high dramatic tones, bringing an authentic artistic flair to Brisbane’s ever-growing restaurant scene.
Drawing on a menu full of Italian inspiration and using the freshest local ingredients with traditional dishes, Italian classics, and handmade pizzas and pastas. Start with small plates such as house made antipasti board, creamy burrata with woodfired sourdough. Followed by flavoursome hand rolled pasta to perfectly cooked striploin or free range chicken saltimbocca. Leaving room for dessert is a must, tiramisu, cannoli the flavours you know, but better. Accompany your meal with a selection of fine wines, new age distillations or cocktails. We look forward to welcoming to Mina.
